That takes me back to my childhood! My grandm...Yum! That takes me back to my childhood! My grandma's (3rd) husband was from Argentina and we used to make the ghetto version of Dulce de Leche: put that can of condensed milk in a big pot of boiling water for ages until done, then try to be patient and not just eat it straight from the can!
